In most areas, we offer free shipping with a shipping time of 14 days. The buyer is responsible for paying the guitar's import tax, we will not cover it.

Tracking numbers only apply to US domestic shipping. It normally takes 7-10 days for the package to reach US, the tracking information will only be updated after that.

When guitars are in stock (stock is shown as "Availability" on our product pages), they are shipped out around within 7 days after purchase, usually on the weekend. When guitars are not in stock, they are sent out in no longer than one month.

Custom guitars take 3-5 months to make depending on the complexity and number of customizations and undergo quality control to ensure perfection before they are shipped out after quality control.

Our shipments are tracked. The tracking number will be sent to you after the shipment has been prepared. Once a guitar has been shipped, the shipping speed depends on the carrier. If there is a shipping delay caused by the carrier, there's nothing we can do to speed up the process. Contacting the carrier using the tracking number we will provide you with provide you with more information on the unlikely chance that this happens.

We currently ship internationally to all countries around the world. For most places, we offer free shipping. Shipping fees depends on where you are located, and will be calculated at checkout. For some locations, we are required to charge an increased shipping fee as the process it takes to ship a guitar to that location is more complex.
