Buyers must pay for their own shipping fee for the return and the return must be initiated within 7 days of initially receiving the guitar. No reason for return is needed but the guitar must be brand new. For the fastest return processing, please notify us of the return via the email addresses listed below before the return shipment arrives to its destination. Returns will not be accepted after this 7 days of time. If we receive a return that was sent after the 7 days period as described, no refund will be given.

No refunds will be given to cover import tax, as we mentioned at the top of the Shipping Policy and in the description of each product.

Upon receiving the return, we will refund you via your original payment method.
